Every home is different. Room size, ceiling height, wall condition, prep work, and paint selection all affect cost. Our starting prices give you a realistic budget range before we ever step inside your home.
What’s included in your pricing?
Professional labor, standard prep, quality paint products, and a clean, careful job. We don’t rush, cut corners, or subcontract.
What’s not included unless discussed upfront?
Repairs beyond light patching, specialty finishes, extensive drywall work, water damage, or major color-change coverage requiring extra coats. If something affects price, we explain it before work begins.
Why does trim and ceilings cost extra?
Trim and ceilings require different materials, techniques, and more detailed work. Many homeowners are surprised by this—we believe it’s better to be clear upfront than vague later.
Do you require a deposit?
For most projects, yes; we ask for a 25% deposit. This is to hold your place in our schedule and to cover the costs of our up-front expenses. We explain all payment terms clearly before scheduling so there are no surprises.
Who will be in my home?

Are your estimates free?
