  1. I love the video, Becky! You did a fabulous job, not only of presenting your story, but presenting yourself as a writer. I don’t know that I could come off half as well as you did.

Beautiful video of an entrancing story. I know people are going to flock to this blog in droves, anxiously awaiting the next month’s installment of mystery and hope. Can’t wait to own the entire book someday. It just makes me smile, every time. And you are obviously so close to your characters, they seem like real people! Loved this vlog!!! Do more!

    • Heather! Thanks for the words of encouragement! This was fun…after the tears and kicking and flailing over failed attempts. Now that I know HOW to do this, maybe I’ll actually DO it more often. Eep.

  3. Becky, you are so poised and charming, and the story sounds like it’s only going to get better, which is awesome, because it is lovely to start with!!

What a great video! You’ve got very good screen presence, and a voice that’s perfect for the mission – a voice which you know how to use. I used to do video production, and I have rarely seen a screen personality with as much warmth and vitality.

    And the story’s great!

(Sorry for the rather tardy post…a few challenges in the past few days.)

    • Andrew – you and Barbara are always in my prayers. Thank you for your encouraging and uplifting words! I’m honored. Wow. I’m hoping these come a little easier with time – that first one is a doozy!

Blessings, my friend. Hug that woman of yours for me.
      Becky

The hug is given, with delight!

I would never have guessed that it would have been the first of that kind of video presentation you’ve done. The poise is your writing is echoed by that in your screen presence. What’s unique is the wayyou invite the viewer to participate, by gesture and nuance. It’s something that can be neither learned, nor taught.

Your comments are like spinach - they make my bones strong and my blood healthy. And I really like them.
