Friday Follow-up to Being a Bringer

I know. I usually post about Sisters on Friday. And I have some amazing stories to share with you about sisters all over the world.

Today, however, I pulled my sister post because I stumbled across this company, Igniter Media, a group who produces short videos to help with teaching and sharing and communicating the power of Christ. (Thank you, Steve Laube Agency, for posting the The Thanksgiving Song video from Igniter Media.

Remember my post, I’m a Bringer, about being an Andrew versus a Peter? This a short film about Kim, another Bringer, and the effect her obedience had on the lives that were introduced to Christ because of her. She won’t know it until she reaches Heaven – and won’t she be blown away!

I can’t wait for that day – when we get to see how God weaves us all together in His grand plan. It will be like one of those meet and greet games at the Pearly Gates, don’t you think? I can just hear Peter saying, “Okay folks. Next on the agenda, find at least 10 people in your downline….”

Not really. But I do wonder who I’m connected to through the miraculous threads of Grace.

Do you think I’ll be connected to you?

I think we’ll be connected. You’ve gone from a name and a picture to a friend whose humor, compassion, and wisdom, given like pearls, have helped me through some dark days.

We are pebbles, tossed into the pool; as we splash through the surface and quickly sink beneath it, We can only dimly see, in the vault of our watery heaven, the play of light and shadow as the waves we’ve made reflect back and forth, creating jeweled patters at whose meaning we can only guess.

  2. Think? No.
    Know? YES!!!
We both know how God has woven our lives together. I’m richer, happier, smarter and tougher for it.

Your comments are like spinach - they make my bones strong and my blood healthy. And I really like them.
