Today is all about GIVEAWAYS!
Two days ago I ordered Michael Hyatt’s book, Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World.
All this week, Michael is giving away TONS of bonus material for free to those who purchase the book (offer ends tonight at midnight so go check it out!). I’m telling you, this bonus stuff alone is worth FAR MORE than what I paid for his book on Amazon – just under $14! I have already learned so much and I haven’t even received the book yet! One of his recommendations that really stood out to me – and one he obviously incorporates in his endeavors – is generosity. He encourages his readers and followers to give, and give, and give again. So, instead of randomly selecting ONE winner for my Life Letters giveaway this week, I decided to give a copy away to all those who commented.
I just gave away FIVE copies of Life Letters!
And guess what!
The Lord brought it all back to me by letting me win THREE new books by some wonderful authors offering giveaways on The Book Club Network! I just joined TBCN and I’m having a ball getting to know the site and the different membership groups. This is a site for anyone, for everyone who loves all things books, and TBCN hosts book giveaways and other fantastic giveaways all the time! Go there! Check it out for yourself!
Lesson learned? Ecclesiastes 11:1 “Cast your bread on the surface of the waters, for you will find it after many days.“
So what did I win?
Bonnie Calhoun’s Cooking The Books
Tessa Afshar’s Harvest of Rubies
Ann H. Gabhart’s Words Spoken True
I’m so excited! And when I’ve read them, I’ll post a review of each one.
Have you won any giveaways recently? How did it make you feel?
Coming Soon!
June is bursting at the seams with new themes, new categories, and new giveaways, including free copies of Life Letters!
Don’t miss out!

Good for you Becky! It is such a sweet release to be able to give knowing God sees your trust in Him to provide your needs. And we can never out give Him. He owns it all…even the cattle on a thousand hills and He cares for us. So excited you are excited. God just keeps setting us free, as we let Go and let Him work.
Blessings to you my friend.
Glenda
I was thinking about provision the other day and how God provides even for the sparrows. My husband leaned an 8-ft long 4 x 6 post up against the back of our garage and a sparrow built her nest on top of it, right up under the eaves. A perfect spot for her… and God provided for her through US! That’s how it is in the body, too, don’t you think? God often brings others alongside us when He knows we need a little encouragement, or a little breathing room, or even a place to put our feet up for a while. There’s provision in a shared cup of coffee, a message or song on the radio, or just a word of encouragement from a friend. Thanks for being my friend.
I bought Michael Hyatt’s book too – for $13.89 on BarnesandNoble.com. And true to his word, after forwarding the receipt to him, I rec’d a link giving access to the bonuses. I burned the audio book to CD and have been listening to it in the car. He’s such a great example and seems so down to earth. Sorry I missed your giveaway, but love how you received as much as you gave. So awesome.
Natalie – I just emailed you. Look for it.
So glad you’re enjoying his stuff, too – I thought maybe I was just a gushing fan but I’m finding that I’m not the only one. Whew!
Have a great Memorial Day weekend!
